2009 Yamaha FZ1 TE[edit | edit source]

2009 Yamaha FZ1 TE

The FZ1 TE is a special trim of the 2009 MY Yamaha FZ1, only sold in certain countries around the world. TE stands for Touring Edition, so you've most likely figured it out: the bike is packed with features to make your vacations and longer hauls easier and more rewarding. The added fairing is probably the first thing you'll notice, and it adds solid weather protection during long runs.

The windscreen is also expanded, for better shielding the rider against the elements, while a color-matched had cases kit is also present aboard the FZ1 TE. Technically, the 2009 MY FZ1 TE is identical to its base-model siblings, boasting explosive power from the R1 engine and an impeccable road stance thanks to premium suspensions and brakes.
