2010 Yamaha Fazer 8[edit | edit source]
A slightly different version of the FZ8, the 2010 MY Fazer 8 introduces a more urban design for the sub-liter class, with a more traditional approach to the semi-naked lines. Easy to tell from its sibling, the Fazer 8 has a larger front cowl with side panels extending slightly above the radiator, and a two-headlight array.
The Fazer 8 boasts the same all-round sporty convenience for urban and sub-urban rides, while being a great sporty ride for longer hauls.
2011 Yamaha Fazer 8[edit | edit source]
A better-dressed version of the bare naked FZ8, the 2011 MY Fazer 8 introduces a more generous half-fairing design aimed at providing better weather protection to the rider. The bike is obviously centered on even more useability for longer trips, and adding touring accessories will turn int into a nifty, slender sport-touring machine which can effortlessly take on both mountain or countryside roads and highways or city streets.
2012 Yamaha Fazer 8[edit | edit source]
Yamaha heeds the demands of the riders continuing to ask for a sub-liter class naked machine blending in solid sportiveness and all-day riding comfort. Basically, we're talking about a bike like the acclaimed FZ1, but with a more tamed spirit, so here's the 2012 MY Fazer 8 beast. It retains the upper half-fairing of the FZ and is similarly tweaked for the mid and low range response making a great city bike for commuters.
However, f you feel like riding a bit more aggressively, the 779cc power unit will not disappoint you, as it is capable to produce a lot of speed for pulse-raising canyon carving. Add in the controlled filling aluminum frame, powerful brakes and adjustable suspensions and prepare to have a lot of fun.
2013 Yamaha Fazer 8[edit | edit source]
The naked version of the FZ8, the 2012 Yamaha Fazer 8 is derived from the R-series, but was endowed with a more streetable character, making it suitable for those not that fond of supersport machines. The engine and transmission have been tuned for more lower-end torque and power, adding more brawn to the city riders. Twist the throttle hard and the 2012 Fazer 8 will dart ahead, no questions asked.
With a supersport-inspired light aluminum chassis and adjustable suspensions, the 2012 Yamaha Fazer 8 is a nimble machine wherever you might take it, on the track, in the city or for longer highway hauls. With multiple optional accessories and aftermarket parts, including ABS, the 2012 Fazer 8 is surely one of the attractive middleweight road machines for both mid and higher experience riders.
