The Yamaha Iron Max was a twin, four-stroke standard produced by Yamaha in 2015. Max torque was 38.58 ft/lbs (52.3 Nm) @ 5250 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 44.92 HP (33.5 KW) @ 6750 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled twin, four-stroke. A 66.0mm bore x 73.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 530.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multiple-disc automatic centrifugal.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70-15 front tire and a 160/60-15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. optional abs. in the front and a single disc. optional abs. in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a swingarm. The Iron Max was fitted with a 4.0 Gallon (15.14 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 62.2 inches (1580 mm) long.
