The Yamaha X-MAX 250 ABS was a single cylinder, four-stroke scooter produced by Yamaha between 2005 and 2017. Max torque was 15.49 ft/lbs (21.0 Nm) @ 6000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 19.71 HP (14.7 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 69.0mm bore x 66.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.8 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the Automatic CVT.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-15 front tire and a 140/70-14 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. abs in the front and a single disc. abs in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a unit swing. The X-MAX 250 ABS was fitted with a 3.49 Gallon (13.20 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 363.76 pounds (165.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 60.83 inches (1545 mm) long.
