The Energica EGO 45 was a Permanent magnet AC (PMAC), oil-cooled Naked motorcycle produced by Energica in 2015. Max torque was 143.83 ft/lbs (195.0 Nm) @ 4900 RPM.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and a 180/55 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Double discs 330mm in the front and a Single disc 240mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Ohlins 43mm with nix 30 cartridge while the rear was equipped with a Ohlins, adjustable rebound. The wheelbase was 57.72 inches (1466 mm) long.

2015 Energica EGO 45[edit | edit source]

The numbered edition has carbon fibre fairings and a special shape featuring elements made with 3D printing technology and Windform® materials, specially covered with a ceramic finish by English company Zircotec. Luxury and high-tech are brought together in the Ego 45: numbered series, top of the line components, unique performance in its kind, machining and design elements borrowed from the aerospace industry or major international motorsports, like Formula 1.
