It came with a MT90B16 72H front tire and a 150/80B16 71H rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc, 4-piston caliper in the front and a single disc, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a monoshock. The Police Heritage Softail Classic was fitted with a 1.32 Gallon (5.00 Liters) fuel tank. The 2010 MY Harley Davidson Police Heritage Softail Classic has been designed for the use of law enforcement officers, and comes factory-standard with improvements such as police sirens and whatnot. At its heart lies an air-cooled, 1584cc, Twin Cam 96B powerhouse paired to a six-speed manual transmission with a Cruise Drive technology, and can produce 125 Nm of torque at 3000 rpm.

Other standard features include a clear, detachable with quick release Lexan windshield, a new helical cut 5th gear, a staggered shorty exhaust with dual mufflers, plus studded leather saddlebags and rider seat and lace-spoked wheels.
