The Kawasaki KZ440B1 was a twin, four-stroke Road motorcycle produced by Kawasaki in 1980. It could reach a top speed of 112 mph (180 km/h). Max torque was 2.66 ft/lbs (3.6 Nm) @ 7500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 39.16 HP (29.2 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled twin, four-stroke. A 67.5mm bore x 62.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 443.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multiplate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/90-19 front tire and a 100/90-18 rear tire.
