Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 26x9-12 Duro bias front tire and a 26x9-12 Duro bias rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Hydraulic drum L&R in the front and a Hydraulic drum L&R in the rear. The front suspension was a MacPherson strut while the rear was equipped with a Unit swing axle. The wheelbase was 70.12 inches (1781 mm) long.

Four-wheel drive (4x4) comes standard on this Kawasaki, sending power to all 4 wheels when necessary for better traction and stability. The 4WD is part-time or "on-the-fly," giving you manual control of whether you're in 4x2 or 4x4 mode. Keep it in 2WD on paved roads and over mild terrain to save fuel and preserve the differentials, then pop it in 4WD right before the going gets rough.
