The Kawasaki Voyager XII was a in-line four, four-stroke standard produced by Kawasaki between 1998 and 2001. Max torque was 8.11 ft/lbs (11.0 Nm) @ 5000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 84.22 HP (62.8 KW) @ 7000 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled in-line four, four-stroke. A 78.0mm bore x 62.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1196.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the hydraulic actuation wet plate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 130/90-16 front tire and a 150/90-15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. single piston calipers in the front and a single disc. single piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a air adjustable 41mm hydraulic forks while the rear was equipped with a swing arm air assisted shocks 4- way rebound damping. The Voyager XII was fitted with a 6.1 Gallon (23.08 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 727.97 pounds (330.2 Kg). The wheelbase was 63.82 inches (1621 mm) long.
