The Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 Mean Streak was a v2, four-stroke Cruiser motorcycle produced by Kawasaki between 2005 and 2009. Max torque was 92.94 ft/lbs (126.0 Nm) @ 2500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 72.95 HP (54.4 KW) @ 5500 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 102.0mm bore x 95.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1552.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet, multiplate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 130/90-17 front tire and a 170/60-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm inverted cartridge fork / 5.9 in. while the rear was equipped with a dual air-assisted shocks with four-way rebound damping / 3.4 in.. The Vulcan 1600 Mean Streak was fitted with a 4.5 Gallon (17.03 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 640.0 pounds (290.3 Kg). The wheelbase was 67.09 inches (1704 mm) long.
