The Moto Guzzi Griso 8V SE was a v2, four-stroke naked bike motorcycle produced between 2006 and 2015. Max torque was 79.66 ft/lbs (108.0 Nm) @ 6400 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 107.68 HP (80.3 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 95.0mm bore x 81.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1064.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 11.0:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. The final drive was via shaft drive (cardan). Power was moderated via the single plate with integrated flexible couplings.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 180/55-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. perforated wave discs and 4 opposed piston calipers in the front and a single disc. floating caliper fitted with 2 parallel pistons in the rear. The front suspension was a upside down fork, fully adjustable in spring preload and compression and rebound damping while the rear was equiped with a progressive single swingarm, fully adjustable monoshock with separate gas reservoir (spring preload and hydraulic for rebound and compression).. The Griso 8V SE was fitted with a 4.41 Gallon (16.70 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 489.43 pounds (222.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 61.18 inches (1554 mm) long.
