The old Triumph T595 flagship sportbike has been renamed as the Daytona 995i, coming with a cosmetic do-over and improved ground clearance. Equipped with a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 955cc, transverse three cylinder engine, it is capable of producing 130 horsepower and an impressive 100 Nm of torque, all packed in a lightweight, aluminum frame.

It was imagined as a British-made alternative to dethrone the Japanese Honda Fireblade and Kawasaki ZX-9R in the world of mid-sized sportbikes. With features such as a Showa front and rear suspension, to ensure excellent cornering and rider comfort, plus dual front brake discs and single rear disc, for increased safety on the road and improved performance on the track, the Daytona 995i is an all-round balanced sportbike capable of meeting the requirements for a wide variety of riders.
