The Veli VL39QT was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Veli in 2007. Max torque was 1.84 ft/lbs (2.5 Nm) @ 5000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 3.22 HP (2.4 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 39.0mm bore x 41.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 39.5 cubic centimeters.

Power was moderated via the cvt.
