The Vento line of scooters and motorcycles began in San Diego, California in 1996, with their manufacturing plant in nearby Mexico. They quickly switched plants to Laredo, Texas, to make it an American-made product. By 2008, they were out of business. Introduced in 2004, the Rebellian 150 is one of their motorcycle lines and is considered to be a cruiser, or touring model, with its styled front and rear fenders, tear-drop four-gallon tank, and classic instrumentation.
