The Yamaha SR-400 was a Single cylinder, four-stroke,air-cooled Naked motorcycle produced by Yamaha in 2016. Max torque was 19.92 ft/lbs (27.0 Nm) @ 3000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 23.07 HP (17.2 KW) @ 6500 RPM.

A 86.4mm bore x 86.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 399.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multiplate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/100-18 front tire and a 110/90-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single disc 260mm in the front and a Expanding brake 130mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic hydraulic fork 150mm while the rear was equipped with a Dual shocks 125mm. The wheelbase was 55.51 inches (1410 mm) long.
