The Yamaha Sight was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Yamaha in 2018. Max torque was 7.01 ft/lbs (9.5 Nm) @ 5500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 8.58 HP (6.4 KW) @ 7000 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 50.0mm bore x 57.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 113.7 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 4-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, centrifugal, shoe and multiple-disc.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 70/90-17 front tire and a 80/90-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. hydraulic in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a unit swingarm. The Sight was fitted with a 1.06 Gallon (4.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 48.82 inches (1240 mm) long.
