The engine was a air cooled air-cooled, four-stroke, in-line four cylinder, OHV. A 85.7mm bore x 80.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1845.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).

The bike has a gear transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

It came with a 130/90-16 front tire and a 170/80-15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 320mm disc in the front and a drum in the rear.
