The Kawasaki Z1R was a Air cooled, four stroke, transverse four cylinder, DOHC, 2 valves per cylinder Sport touring motorcycle produced by Kawasaki in 1978. Max torque was 62.7 ft/lbs (85.0 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 89.98 HP (67.1 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

Chassis

It came with a 3.50-19 front tire and a 4.00-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2x298mm Discs in the front and a Single 298mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a Dual shocks preload adjustable.
