The Honda ST1100 Pan European was a liquid-cooled, 90-degree, transverse V-four, 4-stroke Touring motorcycle produced by Honda between 1990 and 2002. It could reach a top speed of 135 mph (217 km/h). Max torque was 80.4 ft/lbs (109.0 Nm) @ 6000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 95.88 HP (71.5 KW) @ 7500 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled liquid-cooled, 90-degree, transverse V-four, 4-stroke. A 73.7mm bore x 73.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1085.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5 Speed, manual, wide ratio transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 110/80 V - 18 front tire and a 160/70 V - 17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual 316mm discs with triple piston calipers, LBS in the front and a Single 316mm disc with twin piston caliper; LBS in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm cartridge fork with TRAC anti-dive, 150mm travel while the rear was equipped with a Single shock with adjustable preload and rebound damping 120mm travel. The ST1100 Pan European was fitted with a 7.4 Gallon (28.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 654.77 pounds (297.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 61.18 inches (1554 mm) long.
