The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 78.0mm bore x 65.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 313.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

The bike has a automatic transmission.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 110/80-14 front tire and a 140/70-15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. hydraulic in the front and a single disc. hydraulic in the rear. The front suspension was a hts system while the rear was equipped with a dual-damper unit swing arm. The Quadro 350D was fitted with a 3.43 Gallon (13.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 440.92 pounds (200.0 Kg).
