The Enfield Himalayan was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Enfield between 2016 and 2018. Max torque was 23.6 ft/lbs (32.0 Nm) @ 4250 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 24.0 HP (17.9 KW) @ 6500 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 78.0mm bore x 86.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 411.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multi-plate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 120/90-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. two-piston calipers. in the front and a single disc. single-piston caliper. in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic, 41 mm forks while the rear was equipped with a monoshock with linkage. The Himalayan was fitted with a 3.96 Gallon (15.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 57.68 inches (1465 mm) long.
