The Royal Enfield Clubman 500 GT was a Single Cylinder, Four Stroke, OHC Naked motorcycle produced by Royal Enfield in 1998. Max torque was 25.82 ft/lbs (35.0 Nm) @ 3000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 21.99 HP (16.4 KW) @ 5500 RPM.

A 83.8mm bore x 83.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 499.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-disc.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 83-100 R19 front tire and a 89-100 R19 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Drum in the front and a Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Cartridge while the rear was equipped with a Swing arm, twin shock. The wheelbase was 54.02 inches (1372 mm) long.

In order to have something distinctive from other Cafe Racer revivals, this bike can be proud of its aluminum tank and single seat. The GT version has an extra-seat for passenger and flatter bars.
