The Ural Cross was a two cylinder boxer, four-stroke Classic motorcycle produced by Ural between 2010 and 2016. It could reach a top speed of 62 mph (100 km/h). Max torque was 38.36 ft/lbs (52.0 Nm) @ 4000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 41.17 HP (30.7 KW) @ 5600 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a air cooled two cylinder boxer, four-stroke. A 78.0mm bore x 78.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 745.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 4-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the dry double disc.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 4.00-19 front tire and a 4.00-19 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc. single disc on sidecar in the rear. The front suspension was a leading link forks with hydraulic spring shock absorbers - 5 x adjustable while the rear was equipped with a double sided swinging arm with hydraulic spring shock absorbers - 5 x adjustable. The Cross was fitted with a 5.02 Gallon (19.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 736.34 pounds (334.0 Kg).

The 2010 MY Ural Cross has, at its heart, an air-cooled, four-stroke, 749cc, boxer twin cylinder engine paired to a four-speed manual transmission with reverse, and can produce a claimed 40 horsepower and 52 Nm of torque.

This machine has been developed after a growing demand for a sidecar motorcycle capable of carrying diverse loads over rougher terrain, and has even become the tool for amateur adventure racing. It is the most well-equipped off-road machine from the Russian brand, and comes with features such as laced wheels, a leading link front suspension, and Sachs suspensions in the rear and the sidecar.

This model is not available for purchase in North America.
