The Triumph TT600 was a Liquid cooled, four stroke, transverse four cylinder, DOHC, 4 valves per Cylinder Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Triumph between 2000 and 2003. Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled Liquid cooled, four stroke, transverse four cylinder, DOHC, 4 valves per Cylinder. A 68.6mm bore x 68.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 599.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a Gears transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and a 180/55 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Twin 310mm floating discs, 4 piston calipers in the front and a Single 220mm disc 1 piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm forks with dual rate springs and adjustable preload, compression and rebound damping while the rear was equipped with a Monoshock with adjustable preload, compression and rebound damping. The TT600 was fitted with a 4.76 Gallon (18.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 374.79 pounds (170.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 54.88 inches (1394 mm) long.
2000 Triumph TT600[edit | edit source]
The 1999 TT600 is a full-fledged supersport machine designed to give Japanese bikes a run for their money and prove that British thoroughbred motorcycles are a force to be reckoned with. Packing 110 hp in a 599cc in-line 4 engine, the 1999 Triumph TT600 brings forth the instantaneous thrust of the precise fuel injection system and the high-speed cornering of a true racing bike.
Developed with track performance in mind, the frame has been updated with street-worthy compliance, as the 1999 TT600 is intended for daily use, too. Agile, and with powerful brakes, this bike can also be your high-performance city slicer, as well.
2000 - 2003 Triumph TT 600[edit | edit source]
The TTS was launched in 2000, being Triumph's first attempt to enter the 600cc class. The bike has a 599cc, liquid cooled engine which produces 110 HP.
2001 Triumph TT600[edit | edit source]
Just like its name says it, the 2000 Triumph TT600 is a machine built for speed and performance. Ahead of the triple-cylinder modern Daytona, the TT600 already brought a lot of track victories for Triumph's supersport division.
Light and powerful, the TT600 also comes with stellar high-speed maneuverability around corners. The bike is designed with plenty of lightweight components, from the big structural parts (chassis and swingarm) to the headlight lens, fairing and even electronics.
2002 Triumph TT600[edit | edit source]
A full-fledged in-line 4 supersport machine, the 2001 TT600 is a bike which can be used both on the track and on the street. The present model year brings a host of engine revisions, such as reduced internal friction and a new injection mapping for increased performance.
On the aesthetic side, the 2001 TT600 comes with color-matched air intakes, silver powder coating for all the chassis components, and a new Jet Black livery.
2003 Triumph TT600[edit | edit source]
It's got TT in the name, so things are clear as daylight: you're looking at a supersport machine made to have adrenaline rushing through your brain in no time. A grand declaration of war on the Japanese 600cc-class machines, the 2002 Triumph TT600 was developed with the experience provided by decades of British road racing.
With enhanced streetability over the racing machines, the 2202 TT600 behaves admirably on the open roads as it provides an exhilarating experience on the track.
